REEF ADDICTS – PERSONALISED CHARTER GIVEAWAY

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Reef Addicts Pty Ltd (“Promoter”), based in Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  • Entrants must comply with all entry requirements to be eligible.

3. Promotional Period

  • The promotion opens upon publication.

  • Entries close at 4:00pm (AEST) on 17 March 2026.

  • Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must purchase any product from the Reef Addicts website during the promotional period.

  • Each individual item purchased equals one (1) entry.

    • Example: If a customer purchases 3 separate items in one order, they receive 3 entries.

  • There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

5. Prize Details

The prize includes:

  • One (1) personalised fishing charter with Reef Addicts.

  • Charter date to be mutually agreed upon between the Promoter and the winner.

  • Return economy flights within Australia for the winner (paid by the Promoter).

  • For overseas winners, a travel voucher will be provided to contribute toward travel costs (voucher value determined by the Promoter).

Important Prize Conditions:

  • Charter location, duration and inclusions are at the Promoter’s discretion.

  • Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Travel arrangements will be organised by the Promoter.

  • Any additional expenses (travel insurance, spending money, additional accommodation, meals outside the charter, visas, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.

  • Winner must comply with all safety instructions during the charter.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be drawn at random on 17 March 2026 after 4:00pm (AEST) at the Promoter’s business location in Queensland.

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw.

  • The winner’s name may be published on Reef Addicts’ website and social media platforms.

7. Claiming the Prize

  • The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.

  • If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Travel & Charter Conditions

  • The charter is subject to weather conditions and availability.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • The winner must be medically fit to participate.

  • The winner may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the charter.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for cancelled flights, travel disruptions, or third-party supplier failures.

9. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

  • Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

11. Permit Requirements (Queensland)

This promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery under Queensland law.
If required, the Promoter will obtain any necessary permits in accordance with Queensland legislation.

12. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
